Return Frequently Asked Questions
What is eligible for return?
Everything can be returned except sale items and accessories. For return approval, all items must be unworn, unaltered with tags attached and in original packaging. Stains or any odors will make item ineligible for return.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges.
Can I get a refund?
We currently do not offer refunds for unwanted orders, however, you will receive a gift card via e-mail that you can use at any point to make another purchase!
What to do if I received the wrong item?
We apologize in advance if you received the wrong item and will correct that immediately! Please send us an email to email@example.com.
How long after receiving my order can I make a return?
From the date of delivery, you have up to 7 days to return your order. Orders received after the 7 day time period, it will not be accepted.
Has my return been received?
Thank you for your patience, please allow up to 10 business days for your items to be returned back to us. Our team will send you a confirmation e-mail once your return has been received and processed.
